We have what we hope will be a fun summer planned.....we're house sitting in Switzerland for the month of May, then heading to Germany for our grandson's 10th birthday before taking a group on a Rhone River Wine Cruise (say that 3 times fast!). I'm also looking to take a Black Sea River cruise, just for us but anyone can come along, later in the summer however that depends on when my husband's cousin's 50th wedding anniversary party is in Berlin.
If anyone has a housesit or a home exchange opportunity for us (we have a house in the mountains in California), during any of that time, please let me know.
Nepal is a landlocked country in South Asia. It is bordered by the People's Republic of China to the north and by India to the south, east and west. The Himalaya mountain range runs across Nepal's northern and western parts, and eight of the world's ten highest mountains, including the highest, Mount Everest, are within its territory. Historically, Nepal had many small kingdoms and the modern state was formed with the Unification of Nepal by Prithvi Narayan Shah on December 21, 1768. Prior to 2006, Nepal was a kingdom. Nepal is now a federal democratic republic. Its recent history has involved struggles for democratic government with periods of direct monarchic rule.
Nepal is celebrating Nepal Tourism Year 2011, so we heartily welcome to all of you to Beautiful country.
